New York-The UN special conference on population, Cairo+5 , met in New York June 30 to July 2, but proabortion delegates did not succeed in making abortion a "human right" as they had hoped and publicized. However, delegates did approve a final document containing many anti-family and anti-life references, including an erosion of parental rights.
